DELIVERY AND RETURNS

The costs below are for UK mainland only, for all other areas please get in touch for costs and information.


SHREY HELMETS

Delivery Costs

  • Free delivery for orders over £95
  • £5.95 delivery on purchases under £95

Delivery Process

  • A tracking link will be sent from the courier company once your goods are dispatched
  • 10 to 12 Working days lead time on delivery from approval of your logo sample for customised helmets.

SHREY TEAMWEAR

Minimum order of 15 units per garment, per customised order.

Delivery Process

  • A tracking link will be sent from the courier company once your goods are dispatched.
  • 4 week lead time on delivery from approval of your customised teamwear proofing visual (this will be supplied to you via email a few days after your order has been placed).
  • 10 to 12 days lead time on delivery from approval of your core range team shop.

SHREY RETURNS POLICY


OUR RETURNS POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS :

***All returns must be booked in via our customer service team on perminder@shreysports.co.uk – You are required to complete a Returns Form which is then approved, printed then enclosed with the returned goods***

Core un-customised products (Teamwear and Helmets)

  • We will accept returns for exchange or refund as long as the product is returned to Shrey unworn/unused, labels still on with a proof of purchase within 14 days of you receiving the product/consignment.
  • Product should be returned to SHREY Warehouse address UK only.
  • Product must be returned with original labels attached in the original packaging.
  • Any product returns must enclose the Shrey returns form.
  • Buyer pays for postage.

Customised products (Teamwear and Helmets)

  • We will not accept returns on customised product as you have signed off a proof of the garment, we ask that all designs, colours, garment features, sizing and order information are double checked before placing the order.
  • If a garment/product is found to be faulty, then this will be applicable for exchange only by following the below steps. (like for like basis).
  • The product needs to be returned to Shrey unworn/unused, labels still on with a proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt.
  • Evidence of the product fault will be required by providing the customer service team 3 photographs of the fault.
  • Product should be returned to SHREY Warehouse address UK only once approved for return via our customer service team.
  • Product returns must enclose the Shrey returns form.
  • On confirmation by the UK warehouse team that the faulty item has been returned a refund or new product will be processed.
